The overall purpose of the evaluation is to find existing website usability issues of peace agreements website and search tool to improve the target audience overall product performance to create a richer bottom line. I present an overview of UX principles on search and findability, Information Architecture, Information seeking. I have conducted a series of user research - interviews, exploring the potential users and the initial heuristics of the website using Nielsen’s Heuristic List initially researched and created by Jakob Nielsen.
